1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using No Food Cravings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

No Food Cravings is a personalized nutrition protocol application that provides daily meal plans, supplement timing, food tracking, weight tracking, and educational content. The service is available through a web application and may include integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Square for payments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use No Food Cravings. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Account Registration

To use No Food Cravings, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Free Trial and Subscription

Free trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
Subscription: After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $15 per month.
Billing: Subscription payments are processed by Square. By subscribing, you authorize Square to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Pausing: You may pause your subscription at any time. While paused, you will not be charged and your data will be retained for up to 1 year.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service

7. Health Disclaimer

No Food Cravings is not a medical service. The nutrition plans, supplement recommendations, and educational content provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should:

Consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet, exercise, or supplement regimen
Not use this service as a substitute for professional medical advice
Seek immediate medical attention for any health concerns
Understand that individual results may vary

We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from following the protocol or using the service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

No Food Cravings may integrate with third-party services including:

Google Calendar: Optional integration to sync your daily plan. Governed by Google's Terms of Service.
Square: Payment processing for subscriptions. Governed by Square's Terms of Service.

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of No Food Cravings — including the protocol design, meal plans, educational content, and user interface — are the exclusive property of No Food Cravings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the service (food logs, weight entries, feedback). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Service Availability

We strive to keep No Food Cravings available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
