Terms of Service

Effective date: October 21, 2026

No Food Cravings is not medical advice.

The plan, articles, emails, and everything else in the app are general information about eating. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not doctors, and no doctor or other clinician reviews your plan. Talk to your doctor before you change how you eat, especially if you have a health condition or take medication. If you feel unwell, stop and get medical care. In an emergency, call 911.

The main points

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mindon LLC ("No Food Cravings," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of the No Food Cravings web app at www.nofoodcravings.com and the emails we send (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explain how we handle your information.

2. What the Service is

No Food Cravings gives adults a daily eating plan meant to reduce food cravings and help with weight loss. The plan includes a daily eating window (10 hours in the first week, then 8 hours), set whole-food meals, a daily water target, a buy list, and educational articles. You can log your weight, your cravings, and the plan steps you complete.

The Service is not a medical service. It doesn't include clinicians, prescriptions, or supplements. We don't promise any particular result. How much weight you lose, and how your cravings change, depends on you and your body. Results vary.

3. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Don't use the plan unless your doctor approves it if any of these apply to you:

By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that either none of these apply to you or your doctor has approved the plan for you.

4. Your health and your choices

You decide whether and how to follow the plan. Changing what and when you eat, fasting outside an eating window, and losing weight all carry some risk. That risk can include low blood sugar, dizziness, dehydration, changes in how your medication works, and other effects. You accept these risks when you choose to follow the plan.

Listen to your body. Stop and talk to a doctor if you feel faint, unwell, or notice anything unusual. Don't ignore or delay medical advice because of something in the Service.

Check food labels yourself. You tell us which foods you can't or won't eat, but you are responsible for checking that the foods you buy and eat are safe for you, including for allergies.

5. Your account

6. Free trial

7. Subscription and automatic renewal

Automatic renewal terms

We show these terms next to the subscribe button, and we ask you to agree to them before we charge you. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation that repeats these terms and explains how to cancel.

Payments. Square processes your payments. Square stores your card, not us. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Square, to charge your card $15.00 plus any tax each month until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may try again and may lock the app until payment goes through.

Price changes. If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies. The email will tell you the new price, when it starts, and how to cancel. If you don't want to pay the new price, cancel before it starts.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel online at any time, in the same place you manage your account: go to Settings and choose Cancel subscription. You don't have to call or email us to cancel. If you prefer, you can email support@nofoodcravings.com and we will cancel for you.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We don't charge you again. We will email you to confirm the cancellation.

Cancelling your subscription doesn't delete your account or your data. To delete your account, go to Settings and choose Delete account. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.

9. Coming back

If you cancel and later subscribe again, your plan and history will be there as long as we still hold your data under our Privacy Policy.

10. Refunds

If you are unhappy with your first paid month, email support@nofoodcravings.com within 7 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full. After that, payments are not refundable, and we don't give refunds or credits for a partly used month. If we charge you by mistake, such as after you cancelled, we will refund that charge. Nothing in this section limits any refund right the law gives you.

11. Emails

We send account and billing emails, such as email verification, password resets, trial reminders, receipts, and notices about your subscription. You can't turn these off while you have an account. We also send onboarding and milestone emails. You can turn those off with the unsubscribe link in any of them or in Settings.

12. Acceptable use

Don't:

13. Your data

You own the information you enter, such as your weight entries, craving ratings, and notes. You give us permission to store and use it only to provide the Service to you and as our Privacy Policy describes. This permission ends when we delete your data.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without paying you or owing you anything.

14. Our content

We, or our licensors, own the Service and its content, including the plan design, meals, articles, text, graphics, logos, and software. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own, non-commercial use while your account is in good standing. You may not copy, sell, publish, or make new works from our content without our written permission. "No Food Cravings" and our logo are our trademarks.

15. Other companies' services

The Service depends on other companies, such as Square for payments. Their own terms apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for their services, and links to other websites don't mean we endorse them.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that it will meet your needs, or that you will get any particular health or weight result. Calorie targets and other numbers in the app are estimates.

Some states don't allow some of these disclaimers, so some may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, No Food Cravings and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or personal injury or health outcome that results from following, or not following, the plan, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50.

These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, such as for liability that can't be limited for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence in states that don't allow that limit.

18. Indemnity

If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these Terms, broke the law, or misused the Service, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees. We will tell you about the claim and let you take part in the defense. This doesn't apply to claims caused by our own conduct.

19. Resolving disputes

Talk to us first. Most problems can be solved by talking. Before you start any legal claim, email support@nofoodcravings.com with your name, your account email, what happened, and what you want. We will do the same before we start any claim against you. Both of us agree to try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days before going to court.

Courts. If we can't resolve it, either of us may bring the claim in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either of us may also bring an eligible claim in small claims court where you live.

Time limit. To the extent the law allows, you must bring any claim within one year after it arises.

20. Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming govern these Terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you live in a state whose consumer protection laws give you more rights, those laws still protect you.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is material, we will email you or tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you don't accept them, cancel and stop using the Service. A change will not apply to a dispute that started before the change.

22. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings, or by emailing support@nofoodcravings.com.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if we stop offering the Service. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. If we close your account without cause, or stop offering the Service, we will refund the unused part of any month you paid for.

Sections 4 and 13 through 20 still apply after your account ends.
